I notice that others also have experienced difficulty feeling connected to their spiritual self. It is an aspect of our being that is often more difficult to be aware of than our physical and mental selves. We can see and touch our body and our mind is always processing information and communicating with others even though we can’t physically see or touch it. Also our individual spiritual self often does not get recognized and nurtured in our Western culture. Sometimes we are not even aware that our lack of connection to the spiritual is a problem. Certain emotional and psychological difficulties that get in the way of our happiness can be a result of this spiritual lack. When we don't have, or when we lose, the connection with our spiritual self, we can feel lost and ungrounded. Other symptoms can include: These symptoms can lead to unhealthy behaviors and lifestyle choices. With Intuition Medicine, I have learned how to acknowledge and improve my spiritual health – the health of my soul. It is not only a science of energy and intuition; it is a modality that opens the path to developing our unique spiritual presence on the earth.
