212 Instruction Hours /15 Credits
The IMC program requires completion of a minimum of 212 hours/15 credits. Upon satisfactory completion of all requirements a credit transcript and an Intuition Medicine certificate will be awarded.
The following five classes provide the framework for intuitive development and also serve as prerequisites for the Masters in Intuition Medicine (MIM) certificate. A holistic approach in education is addressed utilizing: dialogue, guided visualization, lecture, meditation, experiential training, practicework, texts, lab sessions and Practicums. Through this teaching approach the student experiences information intellectually, contemplatively and energetically.

Classes may be taken in any order with this exception:
• Healing I is a prerequisite for Healing II.
• Anatomy requires a prerequisite of one quarter of the MIM Program

Intuition Medicine: Healing I

In this six-week course, basic energy concepts and systems are introduced. Students learn diagnostic techniques for self-healing utilizing personal Life Force and Earth healing energies. Through meditation and hands-on exercises students work with:
Grounding - our natural connection with the earth
Aura - our natural protective force
Chakras - our energy anatomy focal points

Intuition Medicine: Healing II
Using the tools introduced in Intuition Medicine: Healing I, students learn to diagnose and heal the basic energy systems of others. Diagnostic and healing modalities introduced in this six-week course include:
• Boundaries, Protection, and Compassion
• Spiritual Guidance and Guides
• Universal Consciousness Energy of Contracts
• Cellular Healing Energy

Anatomy & Healing
Prerequisite: requires one quarter of the MIM Program
This eight-week course, taught by a Naturopathic Doctor, combines the energetic and intellectual understanding of how the body works with Intuition Medicine tools. An understanding of the anatomical and physiological landscape from an intuitive perspective allows a deeper and more holistic perception to arise when working with self and clients. Students are encouraged to learn from both an intellectual and experiential perception, and to discover their own unique intuitive perception of how they “see” the inner lay out and functioning of the body. The modalities of nutrition, botanical medicine, homeopathy, and intuition medicine will be cross-referenced. A holistic perspective is taught with respect to all aspects of body, mind, emotions, energy, and spirit as complementary to the healing process.

Intuition Medicine: Meditation I
Through meditation and visualization students experience the basic energetic systems of Grounding, Aura, Chakras, and through dialogue with the instructors gain an understanding of their functions. Self-diagnostic and healing techniques introduced in this six-week class include:
• Spiritual Healing with Light and Color
• Emotional Boundaries
• Kundalini Healing Energy
• Prosperity Meditations

Personality and Intuition: California Psychological Inventory (CPI)
“Personality and Intuition” is a one-day seminar — with administration of the California Psychological Inventory — and a two-hour interpretive session (to be scheduled at a later date) with Dr. Pamela Bradley. You will receive a copy of your individual CPI report. This class is required for completion of the MIM Certification.

This course offers the student a personal and thorough analysis of life path and purpose, providing an opportunity to learn about one’s own personality through the tools of psychological assessment. A knowledge and appreciation of the orderly and consistent variation in personality allows a deeper understanding of oneself and of others. This psychological component is designed to complement the conceptual framework of the Intuition Medicine program and to assist Academy members in their holistic integration of body, mind, and spirit on the journey of self-discovery.

• The Sacred Contract between healer and client
• Challenging the ego
• Diagnosing and intuition
• Relationship boundaries, with clients, friends & family
• Projection versus intuition
• Dealing with criticism and rejection from clients
• Established ethical standards in the related fields of medicine & psychology
• Setting fees and other business practices
• Legal considerations and liability issues
Included in the course fee: Ethics and the Law in Energy Medicine handbook by Dr. Midge Murphy

The Ethics seminar is approved by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences for 6-hours of CEUs for MFTs or LCSWs. and Educational Psychologists. (For details see Certifications page).
