Monthly IntensivesCertificate program: 96 instruction hours per year
Prerequisite: MIM Certification For MIM graduates, the Academy offers monthly intensive seminars. These graduate seminars focus on specific advanced Intuition Medicine techniques that will benefit those in professional practice, as well as those striving to more fully integrate intuition into their daily lives. The graduate seminar program is ongoing and open to all MIM alumni. See the Calendar page for current offerings.
The MIM Alumni Certificate Program is approved as vocational training in the State of California by the Bureau of Postsecondary and Vocational Education.

Professional Practice Tools
Prerequisite: MIM certificate
This one day seminar is taught by a senior faculty member who graduated in the first MIM class in 1986. With twenty years of professional practice in Intuition Medicine as a counselor and healer, as well as being a licensed traditional therapist and a hospital administrator, this instructor brings a wealth of practical knowledge to this seminar.
Professional Mentoring
Prerequisite: MIM certificate
Alumni volunteer to tutor Master program students in rotations of five-months. Responsibility includes once a week, one-hour energy systems healings or program material tutoring. This mentoring provides valuable internship experience in the art of the professional practice of Intuition Medicine. This is an on-going program open continuously to all alumni.
Teaching Assistant Training Program
Prerequisite: MIM certificate, Professional Practice Tools seminar
This program offers in depth training in the art of teaching in a classroom. Each Teaching Assistant works on a team with other TAs in the core courses and the one-day seminars. Teaching Assistants learn how to prepare for presentation of material, content delivery and student counseling and support.
Practicum Faculty
Prerequisite: MIM certificate, Professional Practice Tools seminar & three-month Internship
The Practicum faculty co-facilitate and supervise the weekly Academy Practicums. This is an open member night: students review audiotapes of classroom lectures; meet with their mentors; practice healing/counseling skills with peers receive energy systems healing from Practicum faculty; or spend time in quiet contemplation.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are provided for registered nurses. CEUs are also provided for members of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP).
